Our team is proud to have led the heritage conservation and preservation of the Church of All Hallows at Gospel Oak. This Grade II listed church, a stunning example of French Gothic architecture, was built between 1889-1901 by renowned architect James Brooks. Sir Giles Gilbert Scott later added the chancel and chapel of the Blessed Sacrament in 1913.

Constructed with Ancaster stone, the church features rusticated coursed rubble and freestone dressings, with slated roofs.

London Stone Conservation Ltd was commissioned to undertake essential restoration work. Our scope of work included:

• Lifting, re-laying, and pointing existing paving slabs in the east courtyard.
• Isolated brick and render repairs to preserve the building’s structural integrity.
